Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their patient-focused small animal practice in Central Florida. Working Hours / Rota
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will build lasting relationships with clients and their pets while leading patient care from diagnosis through treatment. Responsibilities include practicing high-quality medicine across wellness, medical care, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics; clearly communicating findings and treatment plans; and collaborating closely with a supportive paraprofessional team. The hospital emphasizes comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities, allowing veterinarians to manage a varied caseload while maintaining best practices. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital emphasizes comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services, including Surgery, Radiology, Dentistry, Nutrition consultations, and Acupuncture. Services also include Wellness Exams, Lifestage Wellness, Vaccinations, Medical Care, Microchipping, Teeth Cleaning, and Boarding/Day Care. The practice maintains a strong commitment to professional development, offering access to industry-leading educational resources and internal specialty consultations to support clinical excellence and case management.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
