Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital that is hiring for a full-time Associate Veterinarian. The hospital sees cats and dogs and is dedicated to offering the very best in both preventive health and advanced treatments within a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities with the opportunity to engage in holistic medicine within a progressive and supportive clinical setting. The successful candidate will provide preventative, diagnostic, medical, and surgical care while delivering compassionate treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. In addition to traditional veterinary medicine, the role also offers exposure to holistic treatment modalities including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other integrative therapies. Specific doctor hours will be discussed. This opportunity is suited to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with students and new graduates encouraged to apply and receiving dedicated mentorship within a collaborative learning environment.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, a full in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital X-rays, and Tonopen technology, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care across a varied caseload. Facilities include a fully equipped dental suite, fully equipped surgical suite, well-stocked in-house pharmacy, isolation ward, and intensive care unit designed to support comprehensive patient treatment and efficient workflow. The hospital is Fear-Free accredited and AAHA accredited. Services offered include urgent care, cold laser therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, holistic medicine, a full scope of GP services, and oxygen and transfusion therapy. In addition, the practice also offers climate-controlled pet boarding and pet grooming services.

Team
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of four DVMs within a collaborative and highly supportive hospital environment. The practice maintains a minimum 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring veterinarians are fully supported in delivering high-quality patient care. The collaborative culture across the hospital encourages teamwork, communication, education, and shared clinical excellence, creating an environment focused on providing seamless and compassionate care to both patients and clients while supporting continued professional development across all departments.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
