Our client is a small animal veterinary hospital that is hiring for a full or part-time Associate Veterinarian. The hospital sees cats and dogs and has been serving the community since 2002. Role Description and Responsibilities
This role covers the full scope of GP responsibilities within a busy and collaborative hospital setting. The successful candidate will be involved in a varied caseload spanning wellness and preventative care, sophisticated diagnostics and testing, advanced medical care, and surgical procedures. You’ll perform routine examinations, diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, carry out surgical procedures, and promote preventative healthcare through client education. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating closely with fellow veterinarians and support staff to deliver the highest standard of patient care, and building strong relationships with clients through compassionate communication. Specific doctor hours will be discussed. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian or new graduate who is passionate about practicing high-quality veterinary medicine within a collaborative team.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on Sundays. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, digital X-ray and digital dental X-ray technology, supporting efficient diagnostics and advanced patient care across a varied caseload. Services offered include orthopedics, urgent care, and a full scope of general practice services. In addition, the hospital also provides laser therapy and behavioral therapy, supporting a comprehensive and patient-focused approach to veterinary medicine.

Team
The practice is home to a team of four veterinarians working within a collaborative and highly supportive clinical environment. You will work alongside doctors who possess more than 40 years of combined experience in small animal medicine, offering an invaluable knowledge base and opportunities for collaboration. The hospital maintains a minimum 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring veterinarians are well supported in delivering high-quality patient care. The collaborative culture across the hospital encourages teamwork, communication, and shared clinical excellence, creating an environment focused on providing seamless and compassionate care to both patients and clients.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
