Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their established small animal team. This client-focused practice provides comprehensive veterinary care to dogs and cats and is known for personalized service, long-term client relationships, and a collaborative working culture. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and those seeking continued professional growth.
Working Hours / Rota
The role offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. The hospital is closed for all major holidays. Surgery drop-offs take place Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 7:30am.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be proficient in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry, delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and efficient manner. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, developing treatment plans, conducting surgical and dental procedures, and providing preventive healthcare including vaccinations and parasite prevention. The role involves maintaining strong client communication, supporting wellness and senior care programs, and contributing to a positive and professional hospital environment. The position is open to experienced veterinarians and new graduates, within a supportive and team-oriented setting.

The practice offers wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, parasite prevention, boarding, microchipping, senior pet care, nutritional counseling, and urgent care services. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
