Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their well-established small animal hospital. This role involves working with dogs and cats in a collaborative and supportive environment, focused on delivering high-quality, thoughtful medicine while maintaining a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes a broad range of general practice responsibilities, including wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Daily duties involve routine exams, managing medical cases, performing soft tissue surgeries, and delivering comprehensive patient care across all life stages. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and autonomy in clinical decision-making.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. It is a full-service small animal hospital providing medical, surgical, and dental care. The facility is equipped with in-house laboratory diagnostics, digital radiography, and digital dental radiography, with access to ultrasound by appointment. Services include wellness and preventative care, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, parasite control, advanced diagnostics, surgery including spay and neuter and advanced procedures, dental care including X-rays and extractions, behavioral evaluations, nutrition counseling, microchipping, and senior pet care. The practice emphasizes high-quality medicine, strong client relationships, and a supportive, low-pressure working environment.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a tenured and experienced support staff, creating a collaborative environment that allows veterinarians to focus on patient care and professional development.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
