Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a part-time Veterinarian to join their companion animal practice. The hospital provides comprehensive preventive, medical, surgical, and diagnostic care for dogs, cats, and other companion animals, and is looking for a veterinarian who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while building strong client relationships. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will provide preventive, medical, and surgical care to companion animals, with a strong focus on wellness and preventive medicine. Responsibilities include conducting wellness examinations, vaccinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgery, utilizing evidence-based medicine, maintaining comprehensive medical records, and educating clients on home care and long-term health management. Additional responsibilities include dermatology and skin care management, parasite prevention and treatment, nutrition counseling, gastrointestinal diagnostics and treatment, dentistry, dental radiography, end-of-life care, microchipping, and general surgery. The role also involves collaborating closely with veterinary support staff, contributing to a positive hospital culture, and supporting high standards of patient care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The practice is equipped with digital radiology, dental digital radiography, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and an in-house veterinary pharmacy. Additional facilities include surgical capabilities, drop-off services, and online pharmacy support. Services offered include preventive care, comprehensive wellness examinations, vaccinations, skin and coat care, nutrition counseling, parasite prevention and treatment, gastrointestinal diagnostics and treatment, dentistry, dental cleanings, dental digital radiography, general surgery, spays and neuters, microchipping, DNA testing, in-house laboratory diagnostics, pharmacy services, end-of-life care, and diagnostic imaging. The hospital emphasizes preventive medicine, evidence-based care, professional development, continuing education, community involvement, flexible scheduling, and veterinarian autonomy. Veterinarians are supported through an extensive professional network, dedicated coaching resources, mentorship opportunities, and collaborative hospital leadership.

Team
The hospital is supported by 2 DVMs working alongside veterinary technicians and support staff in a collaborative environment focused on patient care, professional growth, and teamwork. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
