Our client is an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its team. The practice provides comprehensive small animal care for dogs and cats and is committed to high standards of medicine, strong client relationships, and continued professional development. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive primary care for small animal patients, managing cases from diagnosis through treatment while maintaining a high standard of medicine and client service. Responsibilities include wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, oncology support, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pain management, and client education. The veterinarian will develop individualized treatment plans, communicate findings and recommendations clearly with pet owners, and work collaboratively with the wider hospital team to achieve positive patient outcomes. The role also provides access to mentorship, educational resources, and internal specialty consultation to support continued clinical development and more complex case management.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is AAHA accredited and offers comprehensive small animal medicine supported by advanced diagnostics including digital radiography, ultrasound, tonometry, bloodwork, and laboratory testing. Services include wellness and preventative care, dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology, nutrition, parasite prevention, senior care, hospice and euthanasia, cardiology, endocrinology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, acupuncture, diagnostics, and surgery. Surgical services include spay and neuter procedures, soft tissue surgery, mass removals, dental surgery, and cystotomy. Veterinarians also have access to internal specialty consultation and advanced educational resources to support challenging and complex cases.

Team
The hospital has four DVMs working alongside a collaborative paraprofessional and support team. The environment emphasizes teamwork, communication, professional development, and high-quality patient care, with veterinarians supported in continuing to develop their clinical skills and interests. The team works together to provide consistent medical care and a positive client experience while fostering a supportive culture in which doctors can collaborate on cases and continue growing professionally.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
