Introduction
A well-established small animal practice in Kenmore, Washington is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing and supportive clinical team. This opportunity is well suited to a veterinarian who values compassionate, Fear Free–focused medicine, close collaboration, and working in a community-oriented environment where quality of care comes first.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and is closed on weekends, offering a predictable weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities. Both full-time and part-time options are available, allowing flexibility to suit different career stages and lifestyles.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive general practice care for dogs and cats, managing a varied caseload that includes wellness appointments, preventative care, diagnostics, and routine medical and surgical cases. You will be encouraged to practise thoughtful, evidence-based medicine with the autonomy to make sound clinical decisions while maintaining clear, empathetic communication with clients. Fear Free handling principles are central to the role, with a strong emphasis on creating low-stress experiences for patients and their families. The practice is welcoming to both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates, with mentorship and day-to-day clinical support available to ensure confidence and continued development.

Practice Details
The clinic is a long-standing part of the local community and operates from a recently updated facility designed to support efficient workflows and high standards of care. The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment tools, including digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory capabilities, and a fully equipped surgical suite, enabling thorough workups and high-quality patient outcomes.

You will be joining a single-veterinarian practice supported by a dedicated, experienced technical and support team. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
