Job Description
Introduction
A busy and growing veterinary hospital in Kelso, Washington is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its two-doctor team as it expands. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-producing practice with a strong caseload, offering the ability to achieve strong clinical output within a shorter working week while being supported by a collaborative and well-established environment.
Working Hours / Rota
Full-time is structured around approximately 30 hours per week, typically across three working days, offering an exceptional work-life balance while maintaining strong earning potential, with flexibility in scheduling to support individual preferences.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care across wellness, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry, managing a varied caseload of primarily small animals with the option, but no obligation, to see exotics, while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality medicine and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
