Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing high-quality veterinary care to cats and dogs and is currently hiring an Associate Veterinarian.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Doctor hours are open to discussion, with full-time veterinarians averaging four 10-hour shifts per week, including rotating Saturdays. The role is open to either full-time or part-time candidates.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves a full scope of general practice veterinary responsibilities. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including digital radiology, ultrasound, an in-house surgery suite, and hospitalization facilities. It offers a full scope of general practice services and is AAHA-accredited, with a commitment to using fear-free techniques when possible.

Team
The team consists of two DVMs supported by a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
