Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital currently hiring for a part-time or full-time Veterinarian to join a thriving small animal and exotics practice in Jonesboro, AR. The clinic treats dogs, cats, exotic pets such as birds, reptiles, and amphibians, as well as small farm animals.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The position offers flexibility for either part-time or full-time scheduling.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care across a broad caseload that includes companion animals, exotics, and small farm animals. Clinical duties include basic surgery, diagnostics, and preventive care. The position is open to all levels of experience, making it an excellent fit for new graduates seeking mentorship as well as experienced veterinarians looking for a collaborative, team-focused environment.

The hospital is equipped with an in-house laboratory, X-ray and ultrasound capabilities, and offers basic surgical services. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
