Our client is a hospital seeking an experienced full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their comprehensive veterinary team. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will perform physical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and medical, surgical, and dental treatments while minimizing patient stress and discomfort. Responsibilities include performing basic surgery, developing and presenting treatment plans, educating clients on preventative healthcare including vaccines and nutrition, and maintaining accurate medical and surgical records. The role also involves supporting and developing the paraprofessional team, participating in continuing education, ensuring compliance with operating and safety procedures, and positively representing the clinic within the professional community. The veterinarian will collaborate closely with technicians and assistants, assist with escalations when needed, and contribute to a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
