Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their veterinary team providing care for companion animals. The hospital focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine within a collaborative and supportive environment. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering the chance to work alongside an established clinical team while practicing modern veterinary medicine.
Working Hours / Rota
The role offers full-time or part-time flexibility. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with the hospital closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care including wellness care, vaccinations, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and preventative medicine. Responsibilities include examining patients, diagnosing medical conditions, creating treatment plans, performing surgical procedures, and communicating clearly with clients about their pets’ health and preventative care. The role also involves working collaboratively with the veterinary and support team to ensure high standards of patient care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital operates in a modern facility designed to support advanced veterinary care. Equipment and facilities include digital radiology, digital dental radiology, a sterile surgical suite, four exam rooms, two anesthesia machines, an Echonian therapeutic laser, and a private comfort room. Services provided include wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, parasite prevention, and nutritional counseling.

The hospital has 3 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative and supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
