Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their full-service practice. The hospital provides comprehensive care for small animals and offers a supportive, collaborative environment with access to advanced resources and technology, while maintaining a strong community-focused culture.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across a diverse caseload, including wellness exams, diagnostics, internal medicine, dentistry, and surgery. The role involves managing cases from diagnosis through treatment, building strong client relationships, and providing clear communication and education to pet owners. Veterinarians are supported in practicing autonomously while working closely with a collaborative team and benefiting from strong technical support. The position is suited to a veterinarian who values teamwork, continuity of care, and maintaining high clinical standards.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. The schedule offers flexible options to support work-life balance, with a shared weekend roation of 1-2 Saturdays per month. The practice offers a wide range of services including preventive care, wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite control, diagnostics, dentistry with dental X-rays, general surgery, internal medicine, pain management, hospitalization, and behavioral and nutritional counseling. Equipment and facilities include digital radiology, EKG, in-house laboratory, and in-house pharmacy, supporting comprehensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities. The hospital emphasizes a balance of high-quality medicine, efficient workflows, and a supportive culture that allows veterinarians to focus on patient care.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a skilled support staff, creating a collaborative and team-oriented environment focused on delivering consistent, high-quality care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
