Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to support multiple full-service clinical locations within a growing network. The role offers a unique opportunity to work across several sites, providing variety in caseload, strong professional collaboration, and access to extensive training and development resources. The environment supports veterinarians at all experience levels, with opportunities for both mentorship and leadership.

Working Hours / Rota
This position may be offered as either full-time or part-time.

Role Description and Responsibilities
Clinical responsibilities include conducting comprehensive examinations and consultations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing exceptional client communication and education. Surgical procedures may be performed if desired, but are not required. The role is suitable for either experienced veterinarians or new graduates.

Practice Details
The practices are well equipped with dental x-ray, a full digital radiology system, artificial intelligence review for every radiology case, therapy lasers, ultrasound, cloud-based AI fecal analyzers, cloud-based AI urine analyzers, paperless medical records, and a complete in-house laboratory. The caseload is diverse, and the culture emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, professional growth, and access to robust clinical resources.

Team
Each location provides support from four to five technicians per veterinarian, along with additional clinical and administrative team members.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
