Introduction
Our client is a well-established network of full-service animal hospitals in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeking a Veterinarian to join their team. This role involves working across multiple locations, providing comprehensive care to small animals while benefiting from strong collaboration and support.

Working Hours / Rota
The position offers a schedule designed to support work-life balance, with no emergency or on-call requirements. Boarding is not part of the services provided, and both full-time and part-time opportunities can be accommodated depending on the candidate’s needs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive examinations and consultations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and performing surgical procedures where desired. Strong client communication and education are emphasized. The position is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth through collaboration and structured support programs.

Practice Details
The hospitals are equipped with modern facilities and advanced technology, including dental x-ray, a full digital radiology system with AI-assisted case review, ultrasound, therapy lasers, Imagyst automated fecal and urine analyzers, complete in-house laboratories, and paperless medical record systems. The network emphasizes preventive care and ensures veterinarians have access to current diagnostic and surgical tools. Team
Each hospital provides strong support with a 4–5:1 staff-to-doctor ratio. Veterinarians also benefit from shared resources across the network, enabling case collaboration, training, and ongoing development.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
