Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. Established for over 20 years, this well-equipped practice cares for cats and dogs while providing a broad range of general practice and urgent care services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian looking to join a progressive hospital that combines modern facilities with a supportive clinical environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of GP responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to manage a varied caseload while building lasting relationships with patients and their owners. You will be responsible for consultations, preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care presentations, utilising your strong clinical judgement to deliver high-quality patient care. Specific working hours will be discussed. The practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian with at least one year of experience in a veterinary practice, together with strong diagnostic and clinical abilities and confident surgical and dental skills.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. They provide the full scope of GP services alongside urgent care, allowing veterinarians to enjoy a diverse and rewarding caseload. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, an In-House Laboratory, rehabilitation equipment, Ultrasound, and Digital Radiology, all within a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Additional facilities include an In-House Pharmacy and dedicated spaces supported by specially trained staff to provide a stress-free experience for feline patients. As a Gold Certified Feline Friendly practice, the hospital is committed to delivering exceptional standards of care while offering additional services including Nutritional Counseling, Breeding Counseling, Cold Laser Therapy, and Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine.

Team
You will be joining a team of 2 DVMs, supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
