Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal veterinary hospital that is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital sees cats and dogs and has been a trusted neighbor within the community since 1995, building a strong reputation on a foundation of trust, kindness, and medical excellence.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities alongside exposure to urgent care cases within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The successful candidate will work across a varied caseload, managing both routine appointments and urgent care presentations while delivering high-quality patient care and client communication. Doctor hours will be discussed. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with access to the resources and mentorship of a large network while maintaining the feel of a close-knit and collaborative team environment.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, ultrasound, digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, and Tonopen. The practice offers urgent care, laser therapy, and a full scope of general practice services. The caseload spans the entire small animal lifecycle, providing a varied and engaging clinical environment.

Team
The practice is home to a team of two veterinarians working alongside talented support staff within a collaborative and team-oriented setting. The successful candidate will be supported in a smooth clinical environment focused on quality patient care and professional support.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
