Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join their team working with cats and dogs. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis within a progressive veterinary practice focused on delivering individualized patient care, preventative medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. The hospital is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates who are passionate about small animal medicine, teamwork, and compassionate client care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will examine animals to assess their health, diagnose medical conditions, and develop treatment plans to support patient wellbeing. Responsibilities include performing surgery, treating and dressing wounds, administering vaccinations, prescribing medications, operating diagnostic equipment such as x-ray machines, and advising pet owners on treatments and preventative care. The role also includes collaborating closely with team members to provide high-quality veterinary care in a supportive and patient-focused environment. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This veterinary hospital is committed to providing progressive and individualized medical care supported by advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities. The hospital is fully equipped with three well-appointed exam rooms and essential diagnostic tools designed to support accurate patient evaluations and comprehensive care. Services offered include wellness care, dental care, surgical services, pet boarding, laser therapy, diagnostics, end-of-life care, and laboratory services. Additional offerings include preventative care, diagnostic imaging, soft tissue surgery, and class IV therapeutic laser treatments. The hospital promotes a collaborative and supportive culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes and quality veterinary medicine. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
