Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its full-service veterinary team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Treating dogs and cats, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to practice high-quality medicine in a well-equipped hospital with a strong focus on patient care, surgery, dentistry, and preventative medicine.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and provide preventative care tailored to each patient’s needs. Responsibilities include developing diagnostic and treatment plans, interpreting diagnostic results, maintaining detailed medical records, and performing routine and advanced surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, abdominal exploratory surgeries, and mass removals. You will also perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including full oral examinations, dental radiograph interpretation, extractions, and oral surgery. Additional responsibilities include managing hospitalized patients, participating in clinical rounds, collaborating with the veterinary team, and sharing knowledge to support high standards of patient care and client communication. This role is suited to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
The hospital is a full-service veterinary practice dedicated to providing comprehensive care for dogs and cats. Equipment includes ultrasound in every hospital, heated hydraulic surgery tables, and digital radiography. The practice offers wellness and preventative care, vaccinations, microchipping, illness and injury treatment, diagnostic imaging, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, routine and advanced surgery, dentistry, hospitalization, and prescription services.
