Introduction
Our client is a progressive, multi-doctor practice in Hiram, GA, seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic and compassionate team. This well-established, full-service hospital is committed to providing exceptional veterinary care with a focus on teamwork, innovation, and creating a supportive environment where every team member thrives.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and closed on weekends. This role offers flexible scheduling, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available to support work-life balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive veterinary care, including wellness and preventative services, general and orthopedic surgery, dental procedures, and urgent care. Daily responsibilities include performing examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, conducting surgeries, and providing client education to ensure pets receive the highest quality of care. While prior experience is preferred, new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply, with a strong support system in place to foster growth.
Practice Details
This full-service facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, a full in-house laboratory, an in-house pharmacy, and a cold therapy laser. In addition to medical services, the practice offers grooming, boarding, and urgent care, ensuring a broad and varied caseload. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
