Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The practice provides comprehensive veterinary care for cats and dogs and is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join a collaborative team committed to delivering personalised medicine and exceptional client service.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals across a varied general practice caseload. Clinical responsibilities include wellness and preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, spays and neuters, soft tissue surgery, sick visits, injury care, parasite prevention, nutrition and diet counselling, microchipping, anaesthesia, and vaccinations. The role offers the opportunity to practice exceptional medicine with clinical autonomy while benefiting from strong medical systems, experienced support staff, and access to board-certified surgical expertise. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The practice is open Monday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The practice is a well-established small animal general practice with an average daily patient volume of approximately 10 to 16 patients per doctor and a 2:1 support staff ratio. Equipment includes an in-house laboratory and diagnostic tools, with access to board-certified surgical expertise. Services offered include wellness exams, spay and neuter procedures, sick visits and injury care, diagnostics and imaging, deworming and parasite control, anaesthesia, pet vaccinations, advanced surgery, laser therapy, pharmacy services, behavioural counselling, nutrition and diet counselling, and microchipping. Team
You will join a team of 6 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
