Our client is a small animal veterinary practice seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team, working with dogs and cats. This is a well-established clinic with a strong reputation in the community, offering a supportive environment and a balanced caseload across wellness, medical, and surgical cases.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide comprehensive veterinary care including diagnostics, internal medicine, and surgical procedures. You will manage a varied caseload consisting of preventative care, sick visits, and surgery, while maintaining a high standard of patient care and client communication. The position offers medical autonomy, allowing you to practice high-quality medicine with the support of an experienced team. Collaboration is central to the role, with opportunities to work closely with colleagues and support staff to deliver excellent outcomes. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
This is a small animal general practice that has been serving the community since 1968, known for its high standard of care and trusted client relationships. The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends. Services offered include vaccinations, illness and injury care, dental care, diagnostics and imaging, deworming, dermatology, microchipping, end-of-life care, anesthesia, laser therapy, pharmacy services, and acupuncture. The clinic offers a balanced caseload across wellness, sick visits, and surgery, supported by a strong team culture and a favorable support staff-to-doctor ratio, allowing for personalized and thoughtful patient care.

Team
The team consists of 2 DVMs and a great tenured support team, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
