Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on a part-time basis. Proudly serving the community and surrounding areas for many years, the hospital provides high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of GP responsibilities, providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals. The practice is seeking a confident veterinarian with solid surgical experience who is comfortable performing routine procedures independently. This position requires a consistent part-time schedule, with availability on Thursdays and Fridays.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The practice provides the full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care, offering a varied caseload. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiographs, Ultrasound, and an In-House Laboratory, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. Facilities include a state-of-the-art, purpose-built, modern facility, an In-House Pharmacy, and a beautiful 4.5-acre lot with donkeys and show cattle boarding on-site. In addition to its clinical services, the practice also provides pet boarding and Acupuncture.

Team
You will be joining a team of 2 DVMs, supported by 6 dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who genuinely care about delivering exceptional patient care. The leadership team is invested in helping its veterinarians succeed, creating a collaborative environment where communication, teamwork, and professional growth are part of everyday practice. It’s a supportive team that works together to provide outstanding care while maintaining a positive and enjoyable workplace.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
