Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a family-centered veterinary hospital that offers high-quality care and high-tech equipment designed specifically for the needs of each pet. They are currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their trusted team of dedicated veterinary professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a compassionate environment that upholds the highest standards through individualized treatment plans and exceptional veterinary care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive clinical care including wellness checkups, surgery, dental services, radiology, medical work-ups, senior care, medical treatment, vaccinations, and pharmacy support. The role also encompasses full laboratory services and collaboration with the boarding and grooming teams. This position is suitable for both experienced veterinarians and those seeking a supportive environment to grow under mentorship.

Team
The incoming Associate Veterinarian will be joining as the fourth DVM, supported by a great team of experienced and tenured support staff. The hospital fosters a collaborative, mentorship-focused culture that encourages professional development and teamwork.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
