This full-service veterinary hospital in Henderson, Nevada is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its team. Located within Petco, the practice combines the convenience of a neighbourhood retail setting with comprehensive veterinary services, offering preventative care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and everyday medical care for companion animals. The hospital is committed to making veterinary care accessible while supporting doctors with modern equipment and a highly trained clinical team.
Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide preventative care, diagnose and treat medical conditions, perform routine and advanced surgical procedures, and deliver comprehensive dental care, including extractions. You’ll develop treatment plans, manage hospitalised patients, collaborate with referral hospitals when required, and work closely with technicians and support staff to provide outstanding patient care and client communication.

This modern full-service hospital offers wellness care, vaccinations, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, diagnostic imaging, and preventative medicine for dogs and cats. The practice is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, heated hydraulic surgical tables, digital dental radiography, and modern surgical equipment, allowing doctors to manage a broad range of medical and surgical cases in a well-supported clinical environment.

You’ll join a collaborative veterinary team supported by experienced technicians, trained support staff, and dedicated medical leadership. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
