Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, working with dogs,cats and exotics on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an opportunity to practice high-quality, client-centered medicine in a collaborative and supportive environment that prioritizes professional growth and patient care.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care with an emphasis on proactive, preventive medicine and strong client relationships. Responsibilities include performing routine wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and radiology, as well as developing tailored treatment and prevention plans. The role involves collaborating with the Partner Doctor and leadership team, supporting clinic operations, maintaining equipment, and contributing to community engagement. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital provides low-stress, high-quality care and has been serving the community since 1996. Services offered include wellness exams, dental care, surgery, radiology, and tailored preventive care plans, with the opportunity to work with exotics cases. The practice emphasizes a client-centered approach, the human-animal bond, and a highly collaborative, positive team culture supported by veterinary-led resources and mentorship. The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays.
Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a truly collaborative and supportive environment where teamwork, mentorship, and a positive culture are central to daily practice.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
