Our client is a small animal hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team, working with dogs and cats. This is an opportunity to join a supportive, values-driven practice that emphasizes high-quality, personalized care and professional growth.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care including wellness exams, preventative medicine, diagnostics, internal medicine, and both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. You will manage cases from consultation through treatment, perform diagnostic workups, and develop tailored care plans for patients. Strong client communication and education are essential, along with collaboration with the veterinary team to maintain high standards of care. This role offers exposure to a range of cases from routine to more complex conditions, including dermatology and cardiology, and is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
This is a full-service small animal practice built on a strong set of core values that guide daily interactions with clients, patients, and team members. Services offered include comprehensive physical exams, vaccinations, diagnostic services with in-house radiology and laboratory equipment, surgical procedures including soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, spay and neuter services, dental care, parasite prevention and control, microchipping, geriatric care, and pharmacy services. The practice also provides specialized care in dermatology and cardiology. The hospital operates Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, is closed Thursday, open Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and closed Sunday. The environment supports clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a balanced approach to veterinary medicine.

Team
The team consists of 1 DVM and a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
