Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their veterinary team providing care for dogs and cats. The hospital is a multi-doctor companion animal clinic serving the Greer community and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care supported by advanced technology, modern facilities, and a collaborative clinical team. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship available.

Working Hours / Rota
The role offers full-time or part-time flexibility. Hospital hours are Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the hospital closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care for small animal patients, managing a mixture of wellness and sick cases. Responsibilities include performing examinations, diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and conducting procedures such as general surgery, dentistry, preventative medicine, and diagnostic testing. The role also involves communicating with clients about treatment plans and preventative care while collaborating with the veterinary and support teams to maintain high standards of patient care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is a full-service companion animal clinic providing comprehensive veterinary services designed to support pets throughout all life stages. Services include preventive care, adult and senior wellness care, flea and tick control, immunizations, parasite control, weight management programs, wellness exams, wellness testing, allergy and skin care, anesthesia, dental care, dental X-rays, full diagnostics, general surgery, geriatric medicine, health exams, hospitalization, pain management, routine surgeries, and spays and neuters. The facility includes hands-free radiology, an in-house laboratory, an in-house pharmacy, and an in-office surgical suite.

The hospital has 3 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative environment that supports mentorship, professional growth, and high-quality patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
