Introduction
A well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative four-doctor team. This opportunity offers the chance to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, strong client relationships, and professional growth within a well-respected community practice.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and is closed on weekends, offering a consistent weekday schedule with the added benefit of full-time status at just 30 hours per week, typically structured across three working days to support excellent work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive small animal care including wellness and preventive medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry, while maintaining clear communication with clients and collaborating with the veterinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the development of the hospital.

Team
You will join a team of four veterinarians supported by experienced technicians and support staff, working within a positive and team-oriented environment that encourages mentorship, shared knowledge, and a high standard of patient and client care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
