Introduction
This AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced team of four veterinarians. Known for delivering personalised, high-quality medicine, the practice has built a trusted reputation within the local community while fostering a collaborative environment where mentorship, continuous learning, and clinical excellence are encouraged. This position is expected to become available in Summer 2027.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for dogs and cats while developing lasting relationships with clients and their pets. You’ll diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, perform preventative care, surgery, and dentistry, communicate treatment plans clearly, and collaborate closely with the wider veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. The hospital values teamwork and supports veterinarians in expanding their clinical interests and expertise.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. As an AAHA-accredited practice, the hospital is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care while providing comprehensive small animal medicine in a collaborative clinical environment. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
