Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The hospital provides care for dogs and cats within a convenient, modern setting focused on preventive care, diagnostics, and everyday pet health.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care including physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care. Responsibilities include performing routine and complex surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, abdominal exploratory surgeries, and mass removals, as well as dental procedures including examinations, radiograph evaluation, and extractions. The role also involves maintaining detailed medical records, developing problem-based diagnostic and treatment plans, managing hospitalized cases, and collaborating with referral hospitals when needed. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital operates Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. It is equipped with advanced tools including ultrasound, heated hydraulic surgery tables, and digital radiography. Services include preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and ongoing patient management. The practice is located within a retail setting, providing convenient access to veterinary services while maintaining a focus on high-quality care, efficient workflows, and a patient-first approach supported by strong clinical leadership and resources.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
