Job Description
Introduction
This small animal hospital in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a full or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly and well-supported team. Known locally for high-quality medicine and a loyal client base, the hospital blends modern capabilities with a responsive and flexible approach to care. The successful candidate will join two established doctors and a strong support staff of eight, working in a collaborative environment that offers mentorship, especially for those early in their careers.
Working Hours / Rota
The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Scheduling is flexible, and both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome to apply. Appointment lengths range from 20 to 40 minutes depending on case complexity.
Clinical Duties and Caseload
The role involves a balance of routine medicine and surgery, with opportunities to perform emergency-based procedures. The hospital accommodates same-day appointments and is known for its ability to manage complex geriatric dental cases. Services offered also include PRP therapy, Phovia light treatment, and plans are underway to add stem cell treatment.
Facilities and Equipment
The hospital is AAHA accredited and well-equipped with digital radiography, digital dental x-ray, in-house laboratory equipment, surgical suite, cautery, two dental stations, Phovia light therapy, and Cornerstone EMR. There are four exam rooms, and the team regularly performs PRP therapy and advanced dentistry.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
