Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital hiring for an Associate Veterinarian position, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. The clinic sees cats and dogs and is seeking a veterinarian to join their team.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities alongside urgent care cases. Duties will include a mix of clinical work such as wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning, with exposure to a varied caseload. Doctor hours are open to discussion, allowing flexibility. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. It is a well-equipped practice offering a full scope of general practice services, including orthopedic surgery, laser therapy, traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, reproduction, regenerative medicine, behaviour therapy, and OFA certifications. The clinic is known for its strong reputation in patient care and client service, reflected in a 4.8-star Google rating and recognition as the Gold Best 2020 of Georgetown, Texas for Best Veterinary & Pet Services, as well as being named a 2020 Neighborhood Favorite.

Team
The team consists of 6 DVMs supported by a group of well-trained support staff, contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
