Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its established small animal practice. Caring exclusively for cats and dogs, the hospital has a strong focus on wellness medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry, providing veterinarians with the opportunity to work within a varied and rewarding clinical environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to perform the full scope of general practice veterinary medicine within a diverse caseload. Responsibilities will include a mixture of wellness examinations, preventative care, diagnostics, case management, dentistry, and surgery, allowing you to build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional patient care. The practice utilizes 30-minute appointment times to support thorough consultations and maintain a high standard of medicine. The position follows a four-day workweek, with specific hours to be discussed, providing an excellent balance between professional fulfillment and personal time. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who enjoys working across a broad range of general practice cases while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The practice provides a full scope of general practice services and is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment technology including, but not limited to, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, and a Tonopen. Housed within a beautiful 6,800 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, the hospital features a calm and open reception area alongside advanced clinical resources including a heated surgical table, Sevoflurane and Isoflurane anesthesia, and a radio-surgical unit. As an AAHA-accredited practice, the hospital is committed to maintaining high standards of veterinary medicine and patient care.

Team
You will join a team of three DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
