Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. For more than 30 years, the hospital has been a trusted veterinary resource for families in Garland and throughout the surrounding Dallas County communities, providing care for cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide a full scope of general practice care, with responsibilities covering the day-to-day clinical needs of the hospital’s small animal patients. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with doctor hours open to discussion.

Practice Details
The hospital is well equipped and offers a full scope of general practice services, including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, alongside urgent care services. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Team
The hospital has a team of four DVMs alongside a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
