Our client is a vibrant and well-equipped veterinary hospital in scenic Gardena, California, hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. Serving dogs and cats, this hospital combines a prime Los Angeles location with a fully modern, paperless environment designed for exceptional patient care. They are looking for a veterinarian who is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and collaborating with a knowledgeable, experienced staff.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position offers flexibility, with both full and part-time options available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, the Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical and surgical care while supporting and educating clients on all aspects of animal health and ownership. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing a variety of cases, and contributing to a culture rooted in honesty, compassion, and respect. Collaboration with the hospital’s experienced team is central to delivering the elevated level of care they are known for.

Practice Details
This hospital offers a modern, fully paperless setting and is outfitted with digital radiographs, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and dental radiographs. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations at every visit. Services include pet microchipping, wellness exams, dental care, parasite prevention, vaccinations, pet surgeries, diagnostic testing, advanced diagnostic imaging, spay and neuter services, chiropractic care, end-of-life support, pet prescriptions, and nutrition and weight management.

The hospital is supported by 2 DVMs with a culture that emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a positive, supportive atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
