Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. Caring for cats and dogs, this is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking for a flexible schedule while working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team in a well-equipped general practice.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of GP responsibilities, providing high-quality preventative, medical, and surgical care to a diverse companion animal caseload. You will be responsible for consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and building lasting relationships with clients while working collaboratively with the wider veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient care. The position is open to veterinarians of all experience levels. The schedule consists of working approximately 2 to 2.5 days per week, including two Saturday shifts each month.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 7:30am to 12:00pm, providing the full scope of GP services for cats and dogs. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, Idexx Catalyst and Sedivue In-House Diagnostics, Digital Dental Radiography, Digital Radiography, Doppler, and Ultrasound Technology, giving clinicians the resources needed to confidently manage a broad range of medical and surgical cases. In addition to comprehensive veterinary care, the hospital also offers Laser Therapy, Boarding, and Grooming, providing clients with a wide range of services under one roof.

You will be joining a team of well-tenured DVMs within a supportive environment, alongside dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
