Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering either full-time or part-time opportunities working with cats, dogs, and exotics.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care across a varied caseload, including wellness exams, surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine. Daily duties include diagnosing and treating conditions, performing surgical procedures such as spays and neuters, providing dental care, and managing preventative healthcare plans. You will also be expected to build strong client relationships, educate pet owners, and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment. This role is suited to an experienced veterinarian who thrives in a supportive and teaching-focused culture.

Practice Details
This is a well-established general practice hospital that has been serving the community for over 40 years, offering care for both small animal and exotic species. The hospital maintains a consistent caseload of approximately 12–16 appointments per doctor per day, with a balanced mix of wellness, surgery, and dentistry cases. The practice is equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratories, and a dedicated dental suite, supporting high-quality diagnostics and treatment. Services include general care such as wellness, prevention, and surgery, alongside specialty services including exotic pet care, advanced surgery, endocrinology, and digital radiology with ECG. Additional offerings include pharmacy services, behavioral counseling, and medical grooming. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with Sunday closed. The culture is collaborative, teaching-focused, and centered on delivering compassionate, high-touch care.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, with a 2:1 support staff ratio that fosters a collaborative and well-supported working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
