Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Providing high-quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, and exotics, this hospital offers an excellent opportunity to join a team committed to delivering exceptional patient care across a varied multi-species caseload.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of GP responsibilities, providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care across a diverse caseload. You will work closely with clients and the wider veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. Specific working hours will be discussed further. Applications are welcomed from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The practice provides the full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care and Orthopedics, offering a varied caseload. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Dental Radiology, In-House IDEXX Analyzers, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Laparoscopy, ECG, and Digital Radiography, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. In addition to its clinical services, the practice also provides Cat & Dog Grooming.
Team
You will be joining a team of 2 well-tenured DVMs, supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who genuinely care about delivering exceptional patient care. The leadership team is invested in helping its veterinarians succeed, creating a collaborative environment where communication, teamwork, and professional growth are part of everyday practice. It’s a supportive team that works together to provide outstanding care while maintaining a positive and enjoyable workplace.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
