Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on a full-time basis. Providing care for small animals and exotic pets, this practice has been serving the community since it was founded in 2006. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality veterinary care across a varied and rewarding caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves providing the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative medicine, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and client communication. You will work with both small animal and exotic patients, with experience handling exotic species welcomed but not essential. Specific hours are to be discussed further. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with strong skills in preventative care, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry preferred.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 7:00pm, Saturday from 7:30am to 1:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. Services include a full scope of GP services and Urgent Care, providing a varied caseload. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Dental Radiology, Digital X-Ray, and Ultrasound technology. Additional services include pet grooming, boarding, and Laser Therapy.

Team
You will be joining a team of 4 DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
