Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA Accredited small animal practice. The hospital provides comprehensive care for small animals, delivering high standards of medicine supported by established protocols and continued education. This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, offering strong mentorship, tuition support, and career development within a quality-driven environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will lead patient care from diagnosis through treatment, building lasting client relationships and delivering comprehensive small animal medicine. Clinical responsibilities include preventive health care, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound services, surgical procedures, dental care and cleanings, laser therapy, acupuncture, end-of-life care, and in-house laboratory diagnostics. The role emphasizes high-quality medicine, clear client communication, and collaboration with the paraprofessional team. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

This AAHA Accredited hospital maintains rigorous standards for patient care and facility excellence. Services include Preventative Health, Diagnostic Imaging, Ultrasound, Surgery, Dental Care, Nutrition, Laser Therapy, Acupuncture, End of Life & Euthanasia services, and an In-House Laboratory. Veterinarians benefit from access to internal specialty consultations and structured continuing education resources, ensuring support for both routine and complex cases.

Team
The hospital currently has 2 DVMs and a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment focused on mentorship and maintaining exceptional standards of care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
