Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring for dogs and cats, this well-established practice has proudly delivered the highest standard of veterinary medicine since 1978. Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves providing the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative care, diagnostics, medicine, surgery, dentistry, and client communication. You will work with a varied companion animal caseload while delivering a high standard of patient and client care. The schedule consists of four 9-hour shifts per week, Monday to Friday, with no on-call duties and weekends free, supporting an excellent work-life balance. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship available for early-career veterinarians.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on weekends. They provide a full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care and Orthopedics, offering a varied companion animal caseload. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, advanced dental radiology, ultrasound, a therapeutic laser, advanced anesthetic equipment, and an In-House Laboratory. Facilities include a modern, state-of-the-art surgical suite, along with dedicated grieving and isolation rooms. The hospital has Fear Free trained staff. Additional services include Acupuncture.

Team
You will be joining a team of three full-time doctors, supported by nine Licensed Veterinary Technicians, including specialists with extensive experience, one of whom spent ten years in the VAMD anesthesia department, along with four dedicated assistants currently pursuing their degrees. Together, the team provides a collaborative and supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
