Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a full-service small animal practice serving its local community since 1998 and is currently hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian. The clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality medical and surgical care while fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent patient outcomes and strong client relationships.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering comprehensive veterinary care across a wide range of services, including wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, advanced care, surgical procedures, and urgent care cases. The role also emphasizes client communication, education, and collaborative case management. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The practice operates as a full-service veterinary clinic offering wellness and prevention services, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, surgical procedures, urgent care, and pet boarding. The clinic culture prioritizes collaboration, continuous learning, and high clinical standards, providing a supportive environment where veterinarians can focus on delivering excellent medicine.

Team
The team consists of two DVMs supported by a strong and dedicated support staff. The working environment is collaborative and team-oriented, with an emphasis on professional growth and shared commitment to patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
