Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on a part-time basis. Caring for dogs and cats, this established practice has been serving the community for over 30 years. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary care in a collaborative environment.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves providing the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative medicine, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and client communication. You will work alongside a supportive team, managing a varied companion animal caseload while delivering exceptional patient care. Specific hours are to be discussed further. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship available for students and early-career veterinarians.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Services include a full scope of GP services and Advanced Dental Care, providing a varied caseload. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiology, Dental Radiology, Ultrasound, Tonopen, Orthopedic equipment, and an In-House Laboratory. Facilities include an Isolation Ward, Intensive Care Unit, In-Office Surgical Suite, and an In-House Pharmacy. The hospital is AAHA accredited. Additional services include Cold Laser Therapy and DNA Breed Testing.

You will be joining a team of 1 DVM supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
