Introduction
A well-established small animal practice in Everett, Washington is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its close-knit, collaborative clinical team. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on weekends. This schedule provides consistent daytime hours with no evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements, supporting a healthy and sustainable work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive small animal care including wellness and preventative medicine, sick patient appointments, diagnostics, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. You will work closely with a skilled support team to deliver gold-standard care while maintaining clear, compassionate client communication. The role includes medical record keeping, case collaboration, and contributing to efficient daily workflows, with an emphasis on Fear Free and low-stress patient handling.

Practice Details
The practice is well equipped to support high-quality medicine, featuring digital radiography, digital dental radiography, a surgical laser, digital anesthetic monitoring, a fully equipped surgical suite, and comprehensive in-house IDEXX laboratory capabilities. In-house and online pharmacy access further supports efficient patient care. Fear Free principles are actively practiced, with multiple team members certified.

You’ll be joining a two-veterinarian team supported by a well-trained, experienced group of technicians and support staff. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
