Introduction
Our client is a well-established veterinary hospital in Epping, New Hampshire, providing comprehensive care for cats and dogs. Serving the local community for more than 30 years, the hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join the practice on a full-time basis. The hospital combines personalized, high-quality medicine with a modern facility, advanced technology, and a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will examine patients, assess their health, diagnose medical conditions, treat and dress wounds, prescribe medications, administer vaccinations, perform surgery, and operate diagnostic equipment such as X-ray machines. The veterinarian will also advise pet owners on general care, medical conditions, and treatment while working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care. The caseload includes wellness appointments, urgent cases, and complex medical workups. This position is specifically for an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The spacious, modern facility features an in-house IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, mobile radiology, modern anesthesia equipment, a state-of-the-art surgical suite, and a wet table. Comprehensive patient monitoring includes ECG, SpO₂, capnography, blood pressure, and temperature monitoring, supporting safe and effective surgical procedures. Services include wellness care, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, end-of-life care, laboratory services, microchipping, nutrition, pharmacy, and urgent care, with access to a network of local referral specialists for advanced cases. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM–6:00 PM and is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Team
The hospital has two DVMs and a great tenured support team. The team is collaborative and experienced, with a stable and positive culture centered on teamwork and mentorship. Current leadership brings more than 15 years of combined experience at the hospital, while skilled support staff enable veterinarians to remain focused on practicing medicine and delivering patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
