Our client is a well-established small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly and experienced team. This three-doctor companion animal practice provides high-quality care for dogs and cats, offering a warm, professional environment where both patients and their families feel supported. The hospital is committed to modern medicine, collaborative teamwork, and providing compassionate care in a setting that feels welcoming and community-focused.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, closing from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch. Saturday hours run from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and the hospital is closed on Sundays. This position can offer flexible full-time scheduling designed to support strong work-life balance, with no after-hours requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical, surgical, and wellness care for companion animals, while building trust and strong communication with clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, interpreting diagnostic results, performing surgery, advising on preventive care, supporting end-of-life discussions, and maintaining accurate medical records. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with the flexibility to build a caseload tailored to individual clinical interests. The role suits a compassionate doctor who values teamwork, professionalism, and a warm, family-oriented practice culture.

Practice Details
The hospital offers a wide range of services including diagnostics, wellness care, vaccinations, surgery, nutrition guidance, and preventive medicine. Team
The practice currently has a team of three veterinarians supported by a skilled and caring group of support staff. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
