Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking a Mixed Animal Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This is a full-time position working across a true mixed caseload including beef (30%), dairy (30%), small animals (30%), and equine/small ruminants (10%). The practice is long-established with strong community ties and offers a supportive environment focused on growth, mentorship, and delivering high-quality veterinary care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care across multiple species, including preventative medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and herd health services. Clinical responsibilities include wellness exams, vaccinations, advanced diagnostics, surgical procedures, and large animal services such as reproductive work and herd management. The role offers opportunities to develop clinical skills with experienced mentors while delivering high-quality, client-focused care. Doctor hours follow a full-time schedule. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with additional evening hours from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic tools including large animal ultrasound, digital x-ray, and an in-house laboratory. Facilities support a wide range of services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, radiology, laboratory diagnostics, emergency and critical care, grooming, boarding, and herd health services. Large animal services include chute work, semen testing, embryo services, and hoof trimming. The practice emphasizes a forward-thinking culture with a strong focus on client satisfaction and professional development.

Team
The team consists of four DVMs supported by a collaborative staff, creating a mentoring-focused environment where teamwork, communication, and professional growth are encouraged.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
