Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. As a well-established small animal and exotic practice, the hospital provides high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats, rabbits, ferrets, pocket pets, reptiles, and birds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative practice delivering exceptional care across a diverse range of species.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of General Practice responsibilities, providing preventative, medical, and surgical care for dogs and cats, rabbits, ferrets, pocket pets, reptiles, and birds. You will perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions, develop treatment plans, perform routine surgical procedures, and build lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with the wider veterinary team to maintain exceptional clinical standards while contributing to a positive and supportive hospital environment. Specific working hours will be discussed further. Applications are welcomed from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The practice provides the full scope of General Practice services. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Ultrasound, Cold Laser Therapy, an IDEXX In-House Diagnostic Laboratory, Digital Radiography, and Dental Radiography, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. Facilities include an Ultrasonic Dental Unit. The practice is AAHA Accredited, reflecting its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine. In addition to its core veterinary services, the hospital also provides Cold Laser Therapy, Boarding, and Grooming. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

You will be joining a team of 4 DVMs, supported by a passionate and highly experienced team of certified technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
