Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA-accredited practice. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity within a small animal clinic primarily seeing dogs and cats, with the potential to work with exotics or pocket pets. Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves managing a varied caseload including wellness and preventive care, diagnostics, and advanced procedures. Clinical responsibilities include dentistry, ultrasound and echocardiography, orthopedics, laparoscopic surgery, and rehabilitation medicine, with the opportunity to develop additional clinical interests such as exotics. The position offers flexible scheduling and is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship available. Doctor hours are flexible and designed to support work-life balance.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is equipped with advanced technology including digital radiology, ultrasound, echocardiography, EKG, laser therapy, laparoscopic surgery capabilities, and a full rehabilitation room. Facilities include a separate cat hospital, in-house laboratory and pharmacy, surgical suite, and diagnostic imaging capabilities. The hospital is AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified, and Gold-Level Cat Friendly. Services offered include preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, pain management, and rehabilitation. Additional practice information highlights a collaborative culture with strong client communication, access to specialist support, and involvement in community initiatives.

Team
The team consists of 5 DVMs, supported by a collaborative and growing support staff. The environment is team-oriented and mentoring-focused, with multiple doctors working together to provide comprehensive patient care and support professional development.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
